Xharlion Zumstina was Toby Treacletart's Master in the White Spire in Glaine, the Jewel of the East. He didn't think too highly of Toby but Toby did feel a connection to him. When Xharlion left the White Spire, Toby no longer felt like he belonged in the White Spire and it was one of the contributing factors to motivate him to leave and begin his adventures out in the world. At some point, a freak illusionary accident caused him to lose his voice, but this was fixed by Toby Treacletart.
