Vera Vermillion is played by Nika Howard. She's a crack pot psychic who guessed a fortune right for someone who did something really bad and is now out to get her. She recently joined the traveling show, reading tarot cards for people. She has the Alliance after her because they want to "River" the shit out of her. She has the aspect of "You can only be so lucky;" her luck may run out.
