Around 6' 6", and 350 lbs. Spoke Common and Goblin. |
T'Chuck was a Hobgoblin cleric from Rimeford. The adoptive father of R'Oarc, T'Chuck was a friendly, amiable gentlemen, with a tendency to "court" most of the other members of the town. He had a tragic and mysterious backstory, which he preferred not to discuss.
Appearance and Personality[]
T'Chuck was introduced as a "straight up DILF". Broad shoulders, long grey-ing hair, with a long beard and mustache, he also had a rotund belly, and 5 green band tattoos on his forearm. He had dark red-ish/orange skin, and bright blue eyes, and he was always smiling. He had small tusks, elvish ears, and a square jaw. He was initially described as around 6' 6", but later on, he was "anywhere between 6' 2" and 6' 8", depending on how tall R'Oarc was at any given moment (T'Chuck had to be taller).
Later, following a series of tumbles down into various caverns underground, T'Chuck acquired a series of wounds and scars that, he felt, made him look much cooler than he did before. This includes a chunk of his hair being torn out, resulting in him wearing his hair short on the sides, and long on the top. He also received a large scar on his head, that he attempted to cover up with a tattoo. This tattoo, which T'Chuck claimed represented Rimeford, was a blue, squiggly line, with a sharp, pointed star on it. He also lost a lot of weight at this time.
As a cleric, he worshiped Reya, as did everyone in the lands ruled by Emperor Beauregard. He was known to be very personable, and spent a lot of time with his friends. Every Wednesday, they would get together to play 3 Dragon Ante, and every weekend, they went on hunting retreats. He was also tough on R'Oarc when it came to her magic use. He would reprimand her for using spells without thinking, and encouraged her not to make any trouble, having fought in the Mage Wars, and seeing the consequences of using magic. However, he and R'Oarc had an honest relationship. He would rarely punish her (mostly because she wouldn't listen to him if he tried to ground her), but they would often have frank conversations about the consequences of her actions.
During Episode 65, it was revealed that T'Chuck was not his real name, just what he goes by nowadays. His true name is not known.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Not much is known about T'Chuck's early life. We know he fought in the Mage Wars against the Wizards of the White Spire. He and R'Oarc's father, a man named Steven, had a relationship, either friendly or romantic. At some point, due to T'Chuck being too drunk to save him, Steven was killed in battle. He had made a promise to protect Steven, and having failed that promise, T'Chuck decided to adopt Steven's daughter, R'Oarc. He would keep R'Oarc safe, and protect her in the way he was unable to protect Steven.
At some point after the war, he and R'Oarc went on the run. They were trying to avoid the Order for reasons unknown. All we know is that T'Chuck garnered a very strong resentment towards the Order, and the Empire as a whole. This may be due to Steven's death, or there may be more to the story. After running from place to place for a while, T'Chuck and R'Oarc settled in Rimeford, a remote village far to the west of Drunkeros.
However, after the Order grew to suspect Rimeford as a breeding ground for resistance activity, Master Caegin dispatched a battalion of soldiers to the village to take control. T'Chuck, R'Oarc, and their new friends Selene von Esper and Screech Echo, all went on the run once again. This time, they made their way deep into the mountains of the Whispering Peaks. There, they found a kind of mirror village of Rimeford, called Mineford. The group decided to settle down here for a while. T'Chuck took up residence in a tall mushroom that he hollowed out, and made a home.
