Snatch Treacletart was the older brother of Toby Treacletart. At some point during the Demon Apocalypse, Snatch went missing, and Toby made it a passive mission to find him and bring him home. After a while (longer than most other members of his family), resigned himself to the idea that Snatch was dead.
This lasted until The Tower of Grey was sent to the prison-city of Grull, whereupon Toby was sent to work in the kitchens. There, he found his long-lost brother, who had been imprisoned there since the Demon Apocalypse. He revealed that he had stolen a loaf of bread to feed the other Treacletarts, and was caught and arrested.
In Grull, he was assigned to stuff the sausages. After Toby and the others killed the warden, and escaped, they rescued Snatch and some others before leaving the prison.
Later, he joined the Tower of Grey as a stand in for Toby, after Toby left to deal with his Vecna issue.
