Sir Rex Yalos was a knight living and "ruling over" the small town of Rimeford. Appointed by the Emperor himself, Yalos's job was to protect the town, and was kind of seen as the one in charge there. He lived in Ridgewood Keep, and was married to Ashton Yalos, who also served as the Keeper of the House.
Later, he revealed to T'Chuck, R'Oarc, Selene von Esper, and Screech Echo that he was actually against the Empire, and was keeping the last dragon in the tunnels beneath the Keep. Somehow, word of his treachery reached the Order's ears, who sent out a battalion of soldiers to execute Yalos, and take control of the village. Yalos sent the party away, promising to stay and cover their tracks. His fate is currently unknown.
