Rasputin was the name of a Warforged contruct working for a group of ex-OT members known as "The Veterans". Not much is known about him. He didn't require eating food, but did have a Maintenance Sprite living inside him, that would perform regular maintenance on him.
Along with Wagner, Aurora, Howlett, and their leader, Summer, he helped to escort Selene von Esper back to Mineford, following her mission to get a message back to her family.
