Phylo Toblerone

Heir to the Toblerone company and general fancy man about town. Phylo's bachelor companion is Jose Gonzalez O'Reilly and his uncle is Barnaby Hughes. Phylo is a chocolate bender who can also smell non Toblerone chocolate. He is played by Tim Lanning in Fiasco Game 2 - Leviathan.
