Pelor's Hope was a city state south of Mastwick. It was ruled by a council of 98 families and was very rich and well protected. This was Harper's hometown but he doesn't want to talk about it. There is a lake a half-mile outside of it that contains the famous Lake Monster of Pelor's Lake.
