Nibor Worra was a prisoner of Grull, and Rowan Grey's cell-mate. He offered to help Rowan get a bow, pointing her in the direction of the kitchens, where she could steal some sausage casing to use as string. He was caught poaching in the forest outside of Grull. He knew about The Tower of Grey, and was excited to meet them. Rowan sensed that he was an honest person, but would probably turn on him if he saw some advantage to it. He swore to Uthgar, so that was either his diety, or he just knew about him.
