Natar DuMonte was the Emperor of The City of Brass, and most likely, The Elemental Plane of Fire. He was in charge of allowing through champions wishing to enter The Elite Forge, if that champion had been able to defeat leaders from each of the elemental planes: Air, Water, Fire, and Earth.
The character description above also fits another character, one who does make an appearance in the show, Lucious Incendous. It's possible that these are the same character, and the name was simply forgotten about. Or, there is a Natar DuMonte out there somewhere that we may someday meet. Who's to say?
