Milton Graves was the man-servant of Screech Echo. He lived with him in his large mansion, and assisted him in all duties. He had previously worked for Screech's parents, Blast and Toot Echo, before their untimely death.
Later, he arrived in Rimeford to inform Screech of some grave news... I guess technically all of his news is "Grave" news, since his last name is Graves. And that's just a funny little joke. Due to the immanent arrival of the Order in Rimeford, Screech and his friends were forced to flee. He instructed Milton to remain in town, under the public guise of maintaining Screech's affairs. His true purpose was to delay the Order following Screech and co.
Bachmann mentioned that Milton Graves "can fight", though to what extent is not known.
Later, after the party joined the magical Resistance against the Empire, Milton arrived in the sewers beneath Farhold, where the Resistance was hiding out. He reconnected with Screech, telling him that their secret vigilante lair had been over-run, and Echo Mansion had been repossessed. Screech set him to work, managing the bakery business that he'd been starting up recently.
