Lord Milnor was the ex-student of Fennekin, and lord of Shadowspar Keep. Milnor kidnapped the then un-named and un-formed Ätlän-tã Fælcons in the streets of Caer and brought them to his keep to experiment on. He implanted the Strange devices in their brains and later detonated Junpei Iori's device, killing him. He was then killed by Geodude, partly out of revenge for killing Junpei, and partly because Michael wanted the scene to end. It was later revealed that he was hired by Fennekin to help bring about the Demon Apocalypse.
