Master Caegin was a higher-up in the Ordinatio Theonitus. Adept Selene von Esper reported directly to him. While on her first mission to investigate the mine in Rimeford, Selene would call in to Master Caegin, and receive additional commands/reprimands. Upon learning that Selene had failed to prevent certain high level figures in Rimeford from attempting to start a revolution against the Empire, Caegin sent out a battalion of OT members to take control of the city, and execute Sir Rex Yalos.
