| Based off of Jeor Mormont, leader of the Night's Watch from Game of Thrones, and who also owned a black raven who screamed "Corn!" all the time | |||
Jeor was the librarian of Grull. Lahni Caplain was made to work under him. She was trying to get him to tell her how to get into the Restricted Section of the library, but he refused to tell. He owned a large black raven, who was quite fond of shrieking the word "Corn!" over and over again. This led Lahni to believe that the raven would reveal the secret if she fed it corn. She was able to smuggle some in, and gave it to the bird, who did, in fact, reveal the key that let them into the restricted section. This was all able to come about due to the fact that Jeor was prone to falling asleep on the job.
