Gorman and Shaw were two Dwarven miners that served as an envoy for the Scottsdale Mining Company. They accompanied Briar, Daggie Chookers, Faize, Pegwing Blackfeather, and Time That Erodes Young Love to the mysterious underground city below Deephome, and were in charge of paying them for their troubles. Shaw was not strong, Gorman was.
During their mission to find some other missing Dwarves in the mysterious city, Shaw went missing, and Gorman somehow lost all memory of him. Shaw later turned up, chained to the ground. Following the final battle with Fassbender, Time That Erodes Young Love became famished, and in a fit of hunger, killed Shaw, and drank his blood. Before this, Gorman and the rest of the party were put in a trap, where they had to choose between platforms to jump on. One would fall, and the other would hold their weight. Gorman went first, and he chose poorly. The platform below him collapsed, and he fell to his death.
