A city bigger than Mastwick and Caer put together. It's a huge sprawling, coastal city laid out in a grid pattern next to the bluest water you've ever seen. The massive city is full of gleaming towers of various pastel colors, each one taller than the tallest buildings of any other typical city, with the White Spire the tallest tower of them all. The whole city is pristine and clean, and looks like the buildings may have been grown out of the ground.
A small section of the city is known as the "Gnome Quarter".
