Michael is a bad person who does bad things to good people which leads to them crying in a darkened bathroom.
Story[]
Long Story[]
They have just walked away from Artixus, to have a quiet chat to themselves. Harper, being Suggested, wants Artixus to come with them. They leave it for a minute and go back to ask Artixus just what his deal is anyway. He says that he wants to to take them all to his employer, Baron von Du. They ask him questions about this Baron, and determine that he doesn't like Fennekin, which is good for them. He then tells them that he can't let them leave, which is less good for them. He threatens Harper's sister, which prompts the group to speculate Baron von Du is a devil or demon. Harper's Suggestion is removed. He tells them that he did, in fact, bring them something... and produces a small box. Inside, is finger! Harper recognizes it as Adira's. He attacks Artixus. Artixus appears to change into the visage of a tall man with a jackal head, an Arcanaloth! He also uses a 7th level spell, indicating that he is somewhere between level 13 and 20. After being dealt quite a bit of damage, he exclaims that he is being killed, and warps back to his plane of existence, melting into a gooey puddle, which Thom uses Blood Drinker to drink up. As Artixus bubbles away, he can be heard saying that he will be back...
Harper has a goddamn panic attack, expressing his frustration at Adira's predicament. He blames the rest of the group, since they decided to take too long to get to her.

Artixus shows them Adira's finger, which prompts Harper to attack. He is actually an Arcanaloth! They nearly kill him, but he escapes, saying he will be back.
