The Dreadwing Behemoth was a turkey monster created for our Thanksgiving special in Episode 4 - Two Problems, One Dreadwing.
In Episode 21 - Family Dinner it is revealed that smaller dreadwings exist, although it is unclear if they are an actual subspecies, or rather the young or even embryonic behemoth variety.
