Doctor Frownsmasher was a therapist who worked with many characters throughout Drunkeros. For a while it seemed as though he only offered his services in Pelor's Hope, however we later learned that Queen Aludra Wyrmsbane called on him, as did Watson Copperfield, so he seemed to able to get around a lot.
