Darryl the Great Monster of Pelor's Lake was a terrifying great beast that lived in Pelor's Lake, a half-mile outside Pelor's Hope.

Long and snakey, but also has feathers, a beak (but not on his face), primate arms, human legs with boots, and a southern drawl, even though it didn't speak, just growls. Truly a terror to look upon.
