Dahlia Woodford-Blackwell-Stovitch-Garrison (or just Dahlia) was a high-class Summer Aladrin from Farhold. Through events unknown, she somehow ended up in the tunnels below Rimeford. There, she met R'Oarc, T'Chuck, and Lucee. Together, they slew a terrifying Umber Hulk that was causing production of Theonite to falter in the mines. They all then escaped the tunnels, and Dahlia left.
She believed that magic should not be exclusively for The Order. Instead, she believed everyone should be allowed to use it. Although, she did think that some of the more fanciful spells should be reserved for those more financially well endowed.
