Toby's Crystal Ball of Telepathy was a 6-inch diameter crystal ball that allowed the holder to cast the spell Scrying. This spell made the user see a target, as well as any creature within 30 feet of them. The user was also able to cast Suggestion on any of those creatures, without using Concentration, but it ended if the Scrying ended. Once you used the Suggestion power, it couldn't be used again until the next dawn.

Toby Treacletart found the Crystal Ball along with the rest of his effects in the Impound Room of Grull. He used it to find Pelor, who, along with Torog, was being held captive by Josail Longshadow. He attempted to cast Suggestion on her, but she withstood it.
