Connell was an orange-haired witch that lived on the outskirts of the town that contained The Monastery of Uthgar. She lived in Connell's Witches Hut, out of which she manufactured Bones cards for people to enjoy. She commanded a relatively cheap price for these cards as well, 1 silver for one pack of 15 cards.
She was clearly named for/based on Bridgit Connell, the artist for Drinks and Daggers, among other things. Presumably, the game Bones is a reference to Drinks and Daggers.
