Ceth Lucid was a member of Ferrim Pecunia bank of The Nine Hells. He seemed to be in charge, and running the corporate retreat that The Tower of Grey found themselves caught up in. He also seemed to be the only human, everyone else being constructs. It was later revealed that he himself was a construct in some capacity, though the nature of this revelation is currently unknown.
