Celtra Wimblepuck was a gnome Wizard turned Necromancer from the White Spire. She used to be good, but was kicked out of the White Spire for dabbling in Necreomancy. She was formerly a co-student of Toby Treacletart.
It was reavealed in Episode 351 by Silga Darvo that she was making clones of Thom Vidalis for Pyre.
When The Tower of Grey went to The Slime Pits to rescue Queen Aludra Wyrmsbane, Jaela, and Lady Adira Harper, they found themselves attacked by Zuggtmoy, the Queen of Rot. Fighting alongside Zuggtmoy were three simulacra of Wimblepuck. Or perhaps, 2 simulacra and Wimblepuck herself. One of them was able to cast Power Word Kill on Rowan Grey and killed her. One simulacrum was destroyed by Toby casting Dispel Magic.
Later, the other two turned up in Bigby's Realm, after receiving an intruder alert (this was the Tower of Grey, obvs). Celtra, her simulacra, and a clone of Thom Vidalis fought the Tower, but ultimately, lost to them. A clone-Rowan killed both Celtra and her simulacra, which is poetic, if you think about it. Toby Treacletart trapped her soul in a Soul Cage, which revealed to him that she had been at Mt. Celestia, and seen Bahamut and Tiamat killed by the God Killer. Then, her soul faded away, and she was no more.
