Billy was a gnome Adventurer who attended Norhall Academy for Adventurers and Heroes. He was the twin brother of Lilly, and the two were members of The Society of the Grave Arcane Secrets1. He got trapped in a time bubble, and, during the rescue attempt, accidentally got half of him stuck, resulting in part of him having aged much more than the rest. Due to this, he was moved into the infirmary at Norhall.
