Betsy Dozar was a small child that Jaela and the rest of the Ätlän-tã Fælcons helped. She is one of Teddy's older sisters, and the younger sister of Katrina. Their father, Norman, is an alcoholic butcher who lives near a tavern in Tarry Hollow. The family has a dog named Dog.
