Baphomet was the Minotaur Lord of Lyktion, deep within The Abyss. He ruled over The Endless Maze, and hunted down lost souls doomed and trapped within. He was revealed to be in league with The BBEG, and carrying one of two keys that opened a chest containing The God Killer. Due to this, The Tower of Grey resolved to hunt down Baphomet and steal the key. They did so. Baphomet was killed, and the chest was found.
