Lord Anthony Harper was the father of King Titus Harper. He, along with the rest of House Harper, was kidnapped by Fennekin as a means of controlling Titus, and forcing him to gather three powerful artifacts. Though Titus did this, Fennekin killed the Harpers anyway, because he's a dick.
