Anders Haley is a mercenary convict in Glough on Planet 16. His oath is "I will never ask for mercy." He is played by Mike Bachmann.
Anders enjoys only a short time in the show as he is shot by Lymand Hatts after Anders showed incompetence in trying to infiltrate Orphia Croffin, which Mercutio Ollis cannot stand.
