Lady Adira Harper was Lord Titus Harper's sister and last living relative. She was from Pelor's Hope and was in love with Cutpurse Esk. The then un-named Ätlän-tã Fælcons first encountered Adira during the Demon Apocalypse and discovered that she had lured them to her devil encampment located at Shadowspar Keep. She gave the party twelve devils to be used to fight the Army of Bahamut. She later gives them a small army of 1,000 devils with which to attack Fennekin's Fortress. After the events of The Battle Above the Abyss, and subsequent Five Year Gap, it was revealed that Adira has gone missing, and King Titus Harper has been looking for her.

Mystery of the Missing Gods[]

She was later revealed to be a member of the Circle of Seven, a group of powerful beings set of keeping "balance" in the universe. Many years after Titus Harper's death, the Circle fought and destroyed Orcus1, (though not permanently and then Adira seemed to go rogue. She was found by the Feywild Four, in the Feywild, leading the Spring Court from within the Castle of the Spring Court, as the new lover of the Queen of Spring, the goddess Melora. She was using a different name, Lady Arnaesis, and secretly had a plot to have her servant Nook Nimmlock bring her a jewel called the Jade Pyramid, which she claimed was to be a gift for the god. It was really a trap, and she used the Pyramid to trap Melora as a massive portal opened above the castle, and a demon goddess named Lolth emerged2. After this, she vanished.

Eckhart Dayhammer, another member of the Circle, later explained to The Tower of Grey Adira's involvement in the Circle, and the fact that she had broken from the Circle to kidnap these gods; he had no idea what her plan was. He agreed to accompany the group to the Shadowfell, where she was sure to be2. The party was able to find her, but before they were able to fight, she told them that she was going to "show them what's been going on".

Later, she was able to explain to everyone that Eckart was actually a bad guy named Trant Thumble, and not to be trusted. She went on the run after the whole Melora thing, so she was estranged from the Circle of Seven. BUT, she agreed to try to seek them out in order to gain their alliance against Thumble/Dayhammer. She was given a Sending Stone to communicate with the Tower, and went off to find her former allies...

Until the very next episode, when the party went to head off to Galanthis, and decided to bring Adira along. This is fine, actually. She continued to follow them to The Crossroads, to find Rowan Grey's mother, River Grey. There, she helped to defeat an attacking Tarrasque. She also helped in create a Plane Shift spell using the Tarrasque's heart to get to Bigby's Realm. Long story.

Later, the Tower of Grey made plans to travel to back to The Feywild, to save Melora from Trant. Adira agreed to go with them. She fought alongside them during their battle, but was running low on health and spells. Also, the battle was getting too complicated, so she casts Plane Shift and dissappeared. This was the last time she was seen.
